John Meyler has stepped down as manager of the Carlow senior hurlers.
The former Wexford and Cork hurler leaves after two years in charge of the Barrowsiders.
Meyler previously had two spells in charge of Kerry. He was also Wexford boss, and selector for the Cork team prior to the Carlow job.
A Carlow statement read: ”Carlow County Board have announced that senior hurling manager John Meyler has stepped down after two years with the county.
“On behalf of Carlow GAA, county board, players and supporters, I would like to thank John Meyler for his dedication and commitment over the last two years.
"John is as passionate about hurling as you would ever meet. We wish him every success in the future.”
