Kevin Ryan has ended his tenure as manager of the Carlow senior hurlers.
His time in charge brought about an upturn in the county’s fortunes as they won successive Christy Ring Cups, while also being reinstated to the Leinster hurling championship.
This year, Carlow won promotion to Division 1B of the Allianz Hurling league, but suffered championship defeats at the hands of Laois and Carlow.
