Corbett not selected to face Tipperary as Donagh Maher gets his first taste of championship opener

Lar Corbett was not named in the Tipperary team to face Limerick in the Munster SHC quarter-final at Thurles on Sunday. However, as no subs were named as part of the team  announcement, there is every chance the player could play some part.

Corbett only recently returned to the county fold after withdrawing from the squad in February.

Patrick Maher and Seamus Callanan will also not feature in the starting XV as coach Declan Ryan pairs James Woodlock with Brendan Maher in midfield. Donagh Maher makes his championship debut at No 2.
