Tipperary forward Lar Corbett has been named All-Ireland hurling final ‘Man of the Match’.
The Thurles Sarsfields man scored three goals during the Premier County’s 4-17 to 1-18 victory over Kilkenny, which secured Tipperary’s first title since 2001.
The other nominees for the award were Tipperary left half-back Padraic Maher and centre-forward Noel McGrath.
The award was judged by the Sunday Game panel members.
