Anthony Daly coached Kilmoyley to their 22nd county title, their sixth this decade, at the expense of St Brendan's in the Kerry Senior Hurling final on Sunday.
Kilmoyley won comprehensively by 1-19 to 2-08.
Slaughtneil and Kevin Lynch's will have to replay after drawing 3-10 a piece in Derry.
Meanwhile, Dunloy took the honours in Antrim with an excellent 3-14 to 1-13 win over Cushendall.
Clonkill saw off Lough Lene Gaels 1-16 to 2-09 in the Westmeath final, while in Down, Ballycran recorded a narrow 1-14 to 1-12 success over Ballygalget.
