RTÉ Sport understands that the Cork County Board are taking a late, late challenge to the Disputes Resolution Authority this evening.

The Rebels are making a bid to have Diarmuid O'Sullivan, Sean Óg Ó h'Ailpín and Donal Óg Cusack made available to play against Waterford in their Guinness Munster SHC semi-final tomorrow.

All three players had their suspensions upheld by the Central Appeals Committee last night.

However, Cork Officials in a last ditch attempt are taking their appeal to the DRA with a hearing expected later this evening.

Clare's appeal against the suspension of their four players was not heard last night.

The Banner have more time to play with, as their first match in the qualifiers against Antrim does not take place until the end of the month.
