Legendary Cork hurling goalkeeper Dave Creedon passed away last night.
Creedon, who won four All-Ireland medals with Cork, was a member of the famous three in a row team of 52, 53, 54 and held the honour of conceding only one goad in three finals.
He also won a National Hurling League with Cork in 1952/53 and was member of the great Glen Rovers team he played alongside greats like Christy Ring and Jack Lynch, winning eight county championships with them.
