Armagh's hurlers claimed the NHL Division Three title with a well-deserved 3-10 to 1-11 win over Longford at Kingspan Breffni Park.
The Orchard side, who topped Division 3B, led by 1-07 to 0-03 at half time with Ryan Gaffney grabbing an 18th-minute goal and former schoolboy star Declan Coulter striking over four points.
But Longford stormed back into contention, scoring 1-07 without reply with Niall Casey netting.
Armagh regrouped though with Chris Coulter and Martin King scoring two crucial goals to set their side up for a sixth straight win and promotion to Division Two.
