Donal O'Grady of the St Finbars Club has emerged as the new front runner to become the new Cork senior hurling boss. O'Grady, an All-Ireland Hurling winner with Cork in 1984, is believed to be the County Board's choice.
O'Grady was also a selector when Cork won the 1986 All-Ireland. The County Board has made no comment on the matter, but they hope to make a decision before Christmas.
