Tipperary and Waterford have named their teams ahead of Sunday's Guinness Munster hurling final at Pairc ui Chaoimh and both have made two changes in personnel from their semi-final victories. Defending champions Tipperary have recalled Benny Dunne at right half-forward and Lar Corbett at left corner-forward with John O'Brien and Eugene O'Neill dropping to the bench.
Waterford, meanwhile, will start with Brian Greene at left half-back and Ken McGrath, who has overcome a shoulder injury, is named at right half-forward. The midfield pairing will comprise Tony Browne and Peter Queally with Andy Maloney and Dave Bennett losing out and named among the subs.
Elsewhere, DJ Carey has confirmed he will not play for Kilkenny in this year's championship. Carey is just returning to club action and does not feel he is fit enough for the championship following recent injury problems. However, he has quashed rumours that he is to retire from inter-county competition completely by insisting he will return to play next season.
