This weekend sees an unprecedented amount of live sport across RTÉ One, RTÉ2, RTÉ Player and RTÉ radio.

Ireland v Spain in the Women’s Hockey World Cup semi-final this afternoon on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player is followed by European Championship action from Glasgow and live coverage of both All Ireland Camogie quarter-finals from Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Ireland’s gold or bronze medal game in the hockey on Sunday will also be live with time and channel details to be confirmed after the semi-final.

Sunday sees three GAA Championship games live on TV.

First up Clare and Galway face off again in the All Ireland SHC semi-final replay from Semple Stadium live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.

Meanwhile Donegal face Tyrone in the final round of Super 8 games from Ballybofey live on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player while the Super 8s clash of Dublin and Roscommon from Croke Park is live on RTÉ News Now (if the hockey team win their semi-final) or RTÉ Player (if Graham Shaw's charges are beaten).

The multi-sport European Championships continue daily on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player with swimming, rowing and cycling from Glasgow the main focus this weekend ahead of the Athletics, which begins in Berlin on Monday.

Saturday Sport on RTÉ Radio 1 will have commentary from Saturday’s Super 8s and Camogie games plus the latest news from the Europeans and racing from Galway. The programme will also carry full match commentary of the hockey last-four collision.

Radio 1’s Sunday Sport will have All Ireland SHC semi-final replay and Super 8s commentaries along with news from the Europeans, Galway and all the day’s sports news.
