Glenanne lifted the Men’s Irish Senior Cup for the first time since 2007 when they beat Monkstown in Belfield.
Glenanne dominated much of the game with the midfield duo of Gary Shaw (1) and Stephen Butler (2) finding the net.
Monkstown finally got on the scoreboard in the 40th minute through a penalty corner from Ian Allen.
Monkstown surged in the final ten but at that stage it was too little too late with Doran in goals keeping the Glenanne defence under control.
