The Irish men's and women's squads to compete in the Setanta Sports Trophy have been named.
The tournament takes place from 13-17 June at the National Hockey Stadium, UCD, Belfield.
The men's side are looking to the tournament to build towards the Europeans in August
'Our aim will be to make the final of this event despite not being at full strength,' said team coach Dave Passmore.
'It is crucial that we put ourselves into pressure situations and build on the progress we have seen in our performances against Germany,' he added.
Ireland, Canada, Wales and Egypt will compete in the men’s competition.
Ireland, South Africa, Germany and Scotland will vie for the women’s honours.
