The Irish Womens' Hockey team have lost 3-1 to Germany in a Four Nations tournament in Barcelona ahead of the Olympic Qualifying tournament in March. Arlene Thompson actually put Ireland in front with a short corner in the 1st minute. In the other game, Spain beat Britain 1-0. Ireland play Spain tomorrow, and Britain on Sunday morning.
