A week after adding her third major victory at the Chevron Championship, Nelly Korda is on track for another LPGA Tour victory after opening a three-stroke lead ahead of the final round at the Riviera Maya Open in Mexico.
The World No. 1 concluded a bogey-free with third round with an eagle on the par-5 18th, posting a score of 67 to extend her gap to three shots ahead of Thailand's Arpichaya Yubol.
Japan's Minami Katsu is one stroke further back in third on 10 under par. Brianna Do, who shared the lead alongside Korda at the midway point, slumped to an even par 72 to fall back into tied-fourth.
Ireland's Lauren Walsh survived the cut mark but struggled to a round of 74 on Saturday, marred by a double-bogey at the 16th. The Castlewarden golfer is on two over par in a tie for 43rd.
The other Irish entrant in the field, Stephanie Meadow, missed the cut on five over par.
