Ireland's Seamus Power will participate in this weekend's Texas Children's Houston Open after a couple of withdrawals from the event, most notably Scottie Scheffler, the world number one.
Scheffler's wife Meredith is due to give birth to the couple's second baby imminently, which prompted the World No. 1 to pull out of the tournament in his home state.
The PGA Tour confirmed that Bud Cauley has also withdrawn with Power and Matt Kuchar taking up the spaces for the event at the Memorial Park Golf Course.
Scheffler finished in a tie for second in both 2024 and 2025.
Earlier this week, Austin Smotherman, Cam Davis , Ryo Hisatsune, Michael Kim and Matt McCarty all pulled out of the event, with Jimmy Stanger, Jesper Svensson, Danny Willett, Paul Waring and Doug Ghim taking their places.
Power finished tied-30th at last week's Valspar Championship, his second best finish from seven starts this season, the best being his 11th place finish at the Farmer's Insurance Open in Torrey Pines in late January.
Australia's Min Woo Lee is the defending champion.
