Maguire shares 23rd spot on two under, while Lauren Walsh just survived the cut on four over after registering a disappointing 77.
South Korea's Lee Mi-hyang leads the way on 11 under, adding a 66 to her earlier effort of 67.
"The greens here have tricky undulations, so I focused more on my putting. That helped me make more birdies and build confidence," Lee said afterwards.
China's Yu Liu is one shot back in second after also carding a round of 67, with Auston Kim of the United States in third on nine under after a 68.
On the Ladies European Tour, Lahinch's Aine Donegan is seven shots adrift of home hope and overall leader Kelsey Bennett after carding a level-par round of 72 at Magenta Shores Golf Club.
Donegan shares 17th place on three under after matching five birdies with the same number of bogeys.
Her compatriot Anna Foster missed the cut on five over after adding a 75 to yesterday's round of 74.
Bennett reached 10 under after carding a 68 to continue her good recent form.
In a tie for second on nine under are England's Meghan MacLaren and Thailand's Trichat Cheenglab after rounds of 67 and 86, with South Africa's Casandra Alexander one shot further back in fourth after carding a 67.
