Leona Maguire bounced back from a disappointing second round to move back inside the top 25 at the Honda LPGA Thailand.
The Cavan golfer posted her second 67 of the tournament – after a momentum-killing 72 in Round 2 – to move to 10-under par, 10 shots behind leader Jeeno Thitikul of Thailand.
The world number one birdied her last three holes to get to 20-under par, and will be hoping to round off her birthday week in style having turned 22 on Friday.
Starting on the 10th tee, Maguire opened with four pars before picking up back-to-back birdies.
An eagle followed at the first – her 10th hole – although she gave some of that back at the next hole for her own dropped shot of the day.
That damage was undone, and her scorecard improved further with birdies at the fourth and seventh holes.
Home favourite Thitikul holds a one-shot lead at the Siam Country Club with a brilliant 65 pushing South Korea's Hyo-Joo Kim into second on 19-under par.
