A round of 72 saw Leona Maguire drop down the leaderboard after the second round of the Honda LPGA Thailand.
The Cavan golfer began her 2026 campaign with a round of 67 to leave her two shots off the pace but a subsequent 72 now has her in a share of 33rd spot on five-under par.
That's 12 behind leader Somi Lee on 17 under, the South Korean carded a sizzling 61 in a round that contained nine birdies and an eagle two at the par-four 15th.
Maguire's round contained four birdies and as many bogeys, with work for her to do if she is to make the cut. What will disappoint her more was that it was a day of generally low scoring at the Siam Country Club.
Three shots back in second after a 63 is Thailand's Jeeno Thitikul, with Chizzy Iawai from Japan (62) and New Zealand's Lydia Ko (64) sharing third spot on 13 under.
The Honda LPGA Thailand is the first of three tournaments in Asia in consecutive weeks.
