Patrick Reed won his second DP World Tour event of 2026 with a two-stroke victory at the Qatar Masters.

The 2018 Masters champion, who announced his defection from the LIV Tour following his Dubai Desert Classic victory a fortnight ago, continued his blistering form in the Middle East.

Ireland's Padraig Harrington, meanwhile, rounded off his 500th DP World Tour start with a one-under 71 to sit tied-34th overall.

Reed held a two-stroke lead overnight but withstood a wobble on the front nine, with a bogey on the second combined with a birdie from playing partner Jacob Skov Olesen seeing the pair tied for the lead early before Oliver Lindell grabbed the initiative with a birdie burst.

However, Reed regained the lead around the turn with back-to-back birdies on 10 and 11, before another on 14 copper-fastened his advantage as his rivals faded. Two costly three-putt bogeys on 12 and 13 stalled Lindell's momentum.

Scotland's Callum Hill finished with four successive birdies to nab second spot on his own on 14-under.

Reed said: "This little run I've had, two wins and a second, it’s awesome. We couldn’t ask anything more than what we did."

The victory vaults Reed to top spot in the 2026 Race to Dubai standings, with only a playoff loss to Freddy Schott in Bahrain last weekend denying him three wins in a row.

"It's special, to come out here, especially to get two wins early on in the season, and hopefully there’s a lot more to come," Reed said.
