Ireland's Max Kennedy has work to do, but his hopes of securing a LIV Golf wildcard remain alive after round three of the LIV Golf Promotions event in Florida.
The Dubliner advanced through the first phase on Thursday and Friday as he finished in a tie for fifth with 22 players advancing.
Any advantage from those opening rounds were wiped out though for the weekend action as the scores were reset, and Kennedy eventually ended up one-under par, five shots off leader Richard T Lee of Canada.
Three players are in a tie for second on four-under par, American Anthony Kim, South Africa's Oliver Bekker and Thailand's Jazz Janewattananond.
That round of 69 leaves Kennedy in a tie for seventh, with the top 10 and ties earning full exemption into the into the International Series, sanctioned by the Asian Tour.
The Irishman birdied the fourth and 13th to move to two-under, but a bogey on his penultimate hole saw him fall back on the congested leaderboard.
