Seamus Power sits inside the top 10 at the Sanderson Farms Championship ahead of Sunday's final round in Mississippi.

The Waterford native shot 69 to move to 14 under, and sits six shots off the lead, held by Keith Mitchell, who posted an impressive 65 on Saturday

Power dropped a shot on the second as his tee shot and approach both drifted right, but a run of three birdies in four holes between the fourth and seventh got him back on track – the first of those a long-range putt at the par-three.

It got even better for Power at the 11th as his approach on the par-five was spectacular, coming to a stop just over three feet from the hole for an eagle.

A bogey on 16 halted his progress, but he got that shot back at the next with a fabulous approach, however, he handed another shot back on 18.

Mitchell collected seven birdies while playing bogey-free golf; five of those coming after the turn as he sits leads the tournament by one shot ahead of the final round.

"I definitely hit a few bad shots, and when I did, I just made sure I got it back in play and made par and tried to capitalise," said Mitchell said.

Beau Hossler is in second, one shot off the lead, while Taiwan's Kevin Yu birdied two of his final three holes to grab sole possession of third and avoid a log jam at fourth, where Bud Cauley, Lucas Glover, and Jacob Bridgeman sit in a three-way tie at 16-under.
