Olivia Mehaffey leads the Irish charge after round one of the KPMG Women's Irish Open in Dromoland Castle.
The County Down golfer carded a round one 69 to sit on three under, just outside the top 10 and four shots behind early leader Diksha Dagar, the Indian golfer recording an opening day 65.
The 22-year-old Dagar was best among the Thursday morning starters, posting a blemish free seven-under round with American Gurleen Kaur and France's Emma Grechi a shot behind.

Starting at the 10th tee, Mehaffey started birdie-bogey-birdie before further birdies arrived at the 14th and 16th. Her front nine contained a pair of birdies and bogeys to leave her in a good position entering round two.
Leona Maguire is six strokes adrift on one under.
Beginning on the back nine, Maguire struggled to get going early on, reaching the turn in one-over par, with a single bogey on the par-three 17th.
A belated birdie streak on the way home lifted her to two-under par, before another dropped stroke on the penultimate hole saw her post an opening 71.
Meath's Kate Lanigan had a very solid start as the amateur posted a level-par 72.

Elsewhere in a 10-strong Irish field, Aine Donegan posted a two-over round of 74, while Sara Byrne and Victoria Craig finished on two-over and four-over par respectively. Beth Coulter and Emma Fleming are both one over after a pair of 73s on Thursday.
Olivia Costello is on four over and Aideen Walsh is six over.
