Leona Maguire marched into the last 16 of the Bank of Hope LPGA Matchplay in Las Vegas on Friday with a 5&3 win over Narin An.
Having defeated Linnea Strom 4 & 2 in her opening group game, then battled back from four holes down to get past South Korea's Jenny Shin, Maguire wrapped up her Group 7 matches with another victory that propels her into the weekend knockouts.
The 64-player field is divided into 16 groups that competed in round-robin play, with the winner of each group advancing to single-elimination play.
Maguire was four up with four to play against Narin An and only needed to half the 15th to close it out - which she duly did.
