A third-round 63 from Spain's Jorge Campillo sees him lead the Kenya Open by one shot heading into the final round, with Ireland's Tom McKibbin six shots adrift after he carded a 68 on Saturday.

McKibbin had five birdies across his round, with dropped shots coming on 12 and 14.

At seven-under par, the Belfast player is in a tie for 17th.

Campillo stands at 13 under after a blemish-free round that included eight birdies.

Scotland's Robert MacIntyre is a shot back after a 65, but the 26-year-old came agonisingly close to overtaking Campillo at the summit when his approach into the long 18th hit the hole but did not drop, denying him what would have been a closing albatross.

MacIntyre is looking to become a three-time DP World Tour winner after following up victory at the Cyprus Showdown in 2020 with Italian Open glory last year.

Jayden Schaper and Masahiro Kawamura were in a tie for third another shot behind MacIntyre.
