Niall Kearney maintained his good start at the Cazoo Classic as he followed up yesterday's 68 with a two-under 70 to lie four shots off the lead.

The Dubliner is on six-under overall at the London Golf Club in Kent, four behind joint leaders Dale Whitnell and Rhys Enoch. England's Jordan Smith was at nine-under alongside Scot Calum Hill, with another Englishman in Richard Bland a shot further back.

Kearney notched three birdies with a bogey on the par-four 13th his only blemish.

Jonathan Caldwell is on two-under for the tournament having carded a level-par 72 on Friday, but Cormac Sharvin failed to make the weekend as a disastrous 10-over 82 saw him tumble down the leaderboard after yesterday's 71.
