Seamus Power sits four shots behind joint-leaders Bubba Watson and Kramer Hickok after the third round of the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands.

Power's good work on Friday was cancelled out somewhat by a difficult start, beginning his round with four successive bogeys.

The Waterford man recovered to claim four pars before bogeying the last en route to a 71 and stands at six-under par alongside nine other players, including England's Ian Poulter.

Watson and Hickok both fired rounds of two-under 68 to move to 10-under par for the tournament, one shot ahead of a trio of players comprising Australians Cameron Smith (66) and Jason Day (70), and American Russell Henley (68).

Harris English, fellow American Brice Garnett and South Korea's KH Lee shared sixth place at eight-under, while world No 2 Dustin Johnson fired the round of the day with a five-under 65 to move into a tie for ninth at seven-under.

Hickok birdied four of his blemish-free first 16 holes but sullied his good work by bogeying his last two. Watson endured a round of two halves, turning at three-under for the day after a bogey-free front nine, before mixing two birdies with three bogeys coming home.
