Adam Scott is out of the Zozo Championship after testing positive for Covid-19.
The PGA Tour has confirmed that the 40-year-old Australian will not play at the Sherwood Country Club, where the event is due to get under way on Thursday.
A statement said: "PGA Tour member Adam Scott has withdrawn from the Zozo Championship @ Sherwood after testing positive for Covid-19.
"Scott, who last competed at the US Open in September, will have the PGA Tour's full support throughout his self-isolation period under CDC guidelines."
Scott told the Tour's official website: "While it's difficult news to receive - as I really looked forward to playing this week - my focus now is on recovery for the final stretch of the fall."
Jim Herman will take Scott's place at the event.
