Shane Lowry produced a strong finish to his third round to stay in the hunt at the Portugal Masters.
The Offaly man is tied for sixth place after a three-under-par 68, seven shots off the lead held by Lucas Herbert of Australia on 19 under.
The 2012 champion carded two bogeys and five birdies, two of which came on the last two holes to give himself an outside chance tomorrow.
Wicklow's Paul Dunne produced a level-par round of 71 to remain at six under.
