Four Irish still in hunt at qualifying school

Four Irish players have made the cut at golf’s European Tour Qualifying School.

Damien McGrane is tied for 14th place on eight under after a 71 today in the fourth round. 

Paul Dunne is seven under and tied for 18th place.

Also involved for the final two rounds will be Kevin Phelan on three under and Simon Thornton on two under.

At the very least all four have playing rights on the challenge tour next season with the best 25 players plus ties gaining their main tour cards at the end of Thursday's sixth round.
