Dubai Duty Free Irish Open favourite Rory McIlroy will get his tournament under way in a stellar group that features US Open champion Martin Kaymer and world number nine Rickie Fowler.
World number one McIlroy faces an 8am start as Royal County Down hosts its first ever Irish Open.
Compatriot Graeme McDowell will tee off alongside England’s Lee Westwood and Spanish veteran Miguel Angel Jimenez at 7.50 am.
Shane Lowry, whose career caught fire when winning the event as an amateur in 2009, features in a three-ball with multiple major winner Ernie Els and Italy’s Francesco Molinari at 1pm.
Padraig Harrington, who won the tournament in 2007, will line up with defending champion Mikko Ilonen and 1999 winner Sergio Garcia.
