Irish adrift in Qualifying School

Ireland's representatives in the European Tour qualifying school tournament at San Roque struggled to stay in contention today.

Colm Moriarty, Eamonn Brady, Philip Walton and John Kelly are the Irish players in the field of 156 players chasing 30 cards for the main European Tour.

The Irish contingent are considerably adrift of the top with Brady on four over, Kelly on five over, Walton on eight over, and Moriarty on sixteen over.

England's Tom Whitehouse has the lead on eight under par after carding a 66 today.
