Atwal takes one-shot lead in Singapore

India's Arjun Atwal takes a one-shot lead into tomorrow's final round of the Caltex Singapore Masters at Laguna National after a five-under-par 67 today. Atwal scored the best round of the day to take himself to 10-under-par in total for the tournament, one stroke ahead of the first and second-round leader Nick O'Hern.

The Australian, who opened with a course-record 64 on Thursday, could only manage a level-par 72 to remain at nine-under. American Jim Johnson is a shot further back on eight-under-par.

Meanwhile, 44-year-old Nick Faldo, who started the day two shots off the lead, struggled to a one-over par 73 and is now four shots behind the leader, tied in seventh position.
