Eamonn Darcy and Paul McGinley head the Irish challenge in the third round of the Qatar Masters in Doha. Both McGinley and Darcy are seven under par while Des Smyth shot a 68 to lie six under par. David Higgins is two under par after carding another 72.
Meanwhile at the top of the table, Argentina's Angel Cabrerra and Zimbabwe's Tony Johnstone share the lead on 12 under par.
Elsewhere, Richie Coughlan has made the halfway cut of the Honda Classic in Florida, and is currently lying on 2 under par. Jesper Parnevik leads by 3 strokes on 12 under.
