All-Ireland champions Meath lead the way with eight players on the Electric Ireland Minor Football Team of the Year.

The Royals edged out Tyrone in a thrilling finale to to secure the county's first All-Ireland success in the grade since 1992.

The Red Hand themselves have five players on the team, with one each for beaten semi-finalists Cork and Sligo.

Meath's Conor Ennis has been named as the 2021 Player of the Year.
