Carlow's Clíodhna Ní Shé has won the August Croke Park/LGFA player of the month award.
The forward hit 5-13 in three games during August, including 3-05 in the All-Ireland junior semi-final loss to Antrim.
It was a productive summer for the Bennekerry/Tinryland player who scored 9-19 over the course of the championship, managing 3-02 against eventual champions Wicklow during the group stages.
Last week Meath's inspirational All-Ireland-winning footballer Vikki Wall took the PwC GPA Women's Player of the Month award.
