Tyrone are back in an All-Ireland final, edging out Kerry after extra-time in their semi-final meeting at Croke Park. Here is how we saw it.
TYRONE
Niall Morgan 6.5

Contributed two points to the Red Hand tally, including a monster effort from a placed ball just before the half-time in regulation time. Had efforts to add to that tally, but his radar was off. He won't be happy with a number of his kick-outs just after half-time and Kerry took advantage with a couple of scores.
Crucially, in extra-time he was composed in keeping the ball as his side looked to play down the clock.
Michael McKiernan 7
Good steal early on on Paudie Clifford set the tone for a steady day's work. Was good at getting a hand in when Kerry raided in the corners. Also chipped in with a point.
Ronan McNamee 6.5
Recovered well from a shaky start where he was pulled up for over-holding and gave away a needless free. He then grew into the contest and drilled over a nice point in the opening half.
Pádraig Hampsey 7
The captain was another Red Hand player who got forward with purpose but crucially was there to break up many Kerry raids. He was one of nine Tyrone players to get on the scoresheet.
Frank Burns 7
Another player who settled to his task after a shaky start. Kicked a few bad wides early on but he didn't let that wreck his confidence.
Kieran McGeary 9

Warrior-like showing from the No 6, his tough, tenacious tackling broke up Kerry's rhythm more than once. Was deservedly named man of the match. Ensured that Dara Moynihan had no impact on the game.
Peter Harte 7
An early score set the tempo for what was an industrious performance. Was instrumental in setting up Tyrone's first goal, while also doing well to curb the threat of David Clifford. Put in a great block on Killian Spillane to stop a certain goal. Got a knock in the second half of normal which curbed his effectiveness and was later subbed off.
Brian Kennedy 5.5
He did manage to win a few of the Morgan kick-outs that stuck. He eventually tired and was replaced by Cathal McShane on 45 minutes.
Conn Kilpatrick 7
A lot of running and no little effort here from Kilpatrick. Interception on a Jack Barry punt forward had the Red Hand faithful on their feet. Was replaced just after the 70th minute.
Conor Meyler 8.5
Kept tabs on Paudie Clifford but his workrate and energy was key to Tyrone's victory. Took a knock from David Clifford that had him on the deck but recovered well.
Michael O'Neill 7.5
Put in some telling challenges. including one on Sean O'Shea that averted a certain goal early on. Had less of an impact thereafter and was replaced by Tiernan McCann just before the hour.
Niall Sludden 6.5
Worked hard for his side and underlined Tyrone's spirit, but not all that prominent before he was subbed on 65. Also received a black card for his troubles.
Darren McCurry 7
Took a while to get into the game but still ended the day with 0-04. Received a black card for a challenge on Gavin Crowley and therefore missed a crucial period near the end of the 70. Was back on the pitch for the nine minutes of added time and imposed himself on proceedings. Was subbed off after in the extra time period.
Mattie Donnelly 7
Great target man to have and lived up to that billing with some exquisite lay-offs. On the flip side he did have a few bad wides and his carelessness in possession lead to a Kerry point in ET.
Conor McKenna 8

The two-goal hero! Wasn't in the game until he found the net for Tyrone's first goal. Often on the fringes of things he, nevertheless was in the right place for his side's third green flag. Took a big hit from Paul Murphy but recovered and was key to driving his colleagues on in extra-time.
SUBS
Cathal McShane 8.5
Big impact here with 1-03 when introduced and coolly palmed him in his goal. Full of running, with great energy, the right player to have in reserve for a game like this.
Tiernan McCann 5
Had to go off with a head injury, but came back on and played his part as Tyrone saw the game on.
Darragh Canavan 5
A player with a great injection of pace, though he did cough up possession at a time when Tyrone had men either side that could have led to scores. Another gem to have in reserve. Could have done with more time on the pitch.
Ben McDonnell 5
Came on first as a blood sub and then for Conn Kilpatrick. Was good at sweeping up in extra-time in a period where Kerry cut the deficit.

KERRY
Shane Ryan 6.5
Was never under pressure with his kickouts. Did well to save Darren Canavan's initial shot that led to Tyrone's second goal. Didn't really impose himself on the game.
Brian Ó Beaglaoich 5.5
Made a few imposing runs but often was caught out when surging forward. Was subbed off in extra-time.
Jason Foley 7.5
His positional sense was good in the main and he had a good battle trying to curb Mattie Donnelly. Got in a few turnovers, including one on Cathal McShane that led to a score for his side. Can be happy with his day's work.
Tom O'Sullivan 8

Another Kerryman who put in a decent shift throughout and snuffed out Darren McCurry's influence for most of the opening half.
Mike Breen 4.5
To be honest the youngster found it tough and he clearly was seen as a weak link by the opposition and Tyrone did make hay down his wing. Was called ashore on 50 minutes. Will hope his confidence has not been dented.
Paul Murphy 7
Kicked a fine point in response to Tyrone's second goal. A couple of slack passes early on but he was assured thereafter. Tried hard throughout.
Gavin White 7
A bundle of energy particularly in extra-time as Kerry chipped away at a five-point deficit. Did lunge in to concede a soft free early in the second half of normal time - costly in a tight game like this.
David Moran 7.5
The 33-year-old capatilised on Niall Morgan's uneasy restarts in what was a solid performance while he was on the pitch. He still possess great positional sense. Was replaced by Tommy Walsh just before the hour.
Jack Barry 5
Never got to the pitch of the game and was really shaky in extra-time, 1-01 of Tyrone's tally came from his inability to close down Mattie Donnelly and a poor pass that led up to the Red Hand's second goal.
Dara Moynihan 4.5
Despite impressing early on he only lasted 35 minutes. A late change that clearly did not work, lack of fitness apparent.
Seán O'Shea 7
Helped himself to 0-07, but only had fleeting moments where he exerted an influence, that where he laid the ball off to players in better positions. Had a decent goal chance, too. Took wrong option in setting up a colleague.
Stephen O'Brien 6
Had more of an influence early doors that resulted in Kerry winning a few frees. Had goal ruled out for a square ball.
David Clifford 8.5

Took him only seconds to open his account from play - knocked over 0-08 in total. Kerry's best player until he had to go off. His presence was missed in ET. The bounce of the ball didn't always fall for him when looking to push home Kerry's dominance in the third quarter.
Paul Geaney 6.5
Great tackling early on and cleverly dispossessed Peter Harte in the opening half. Did get swallowed up himself a few times in the second 35 minutes. Was subsequently but did come back on for David Clifford and kicked a fine point in ET.
Paudie Clifford 7
Tyrone did well to curb his influence but was one of the few Kerry players who drove the side on with the game drifting away from them in ET.
SUBS
Killian Spillane 5
Was lively when introduced, had a great goal chance but credit to the Tyrone blocking in keeping it out.
Gavin Crowley 4.5
Might have fared better starting the game instead of Mike Breen.
Diarmuid O'Connor 6.5
Can't be faulted for taking the game to Tyrone in added time. Chipped in with a nice point.
Adrian Spillane 4.5
Apart from a few flashes around the middle, he had little impact.
Tommy Walsh 4.5
Obvious target man, had a chance at the end to level it but misdirected the shot.
Tadhg Morley 5
Did bring renewed energy when called upon.
