Ulster GAA has confirmed that this year's provincial senior football final between Monaghan and Tyrone will take place at Croke Park on Saturday, 31 July at 4pm.
It will be the first time since 2006 that the battle to decide the winner of the Anglo Celt Cup will be played at Croke Park.
It has been confirmed that the Christy Ring, Nicky Rackard and Lory Meagher Cups, set for Saturday, 31 July, will remain at GAA HQ, with one of them to serve as a curtain-raiser to the Ulster final.
Another will be played before the Dublin-Kildare Leinster SFC final on Sunday, 1 August, while the third will throw-in in advance of the first All-Ireland SHC semi-final on Saturday, 7 August.
This Sunday will see the Connacht SFC final between Mayo and Galway take place at Croke Park, with a set capacity of 18,000 for the meeting of the age-old rivals.

Ulster GAA have also confirmed that following the sad passing of Brendan Óg Duffy, the provincial U-20 football final between Monaghan and Down will now not take place on Saturday next. It has been re-fixed for Friday, 30 July at the Athletic Grounds, with a 7.30pm throw-in.
