James Woodlock has been appointed as the Tipperary minor hurling manager on a three-year term.
The Drom & Inch clubman takes over from club colleague Paul Collins, who stepped down at the end of the 2020 campaign.
The three-time senior Munster title winner has been involved in underage coaching and player development since his retirement from inter-county hurling in 2015.
Woodlock has played an active role with various Tipperary development squads including the Tipperary Under-16's for the past two years.
And Woodlock will be joined on the management team by his former Tipperary Teammate Conor O’Brien of Eire Óg Annacarthy Donohill, who along with Damian Ryan Portroe, Brendan Ferris Marlfield and Cormac McGrath Ballinahinch, have been appointed as coach / selectors.
The incoming Minor management have been appointed for a three-year term with a review to take place at the end of year two.
Meanwhile, former Dublin footballer Paddy Christie who is also a member of the senior football management, has become the new manager of the Tipperary Under-20 football, replacing Tom McGlinchey.
Liam Sheedy and David Power remain as senior hurling and football managers respectively while John Devane stays in charge of the U20 hurlers and Johnny Nevin over the minor footballers.
