To mark what was supposed to be start of the GAA Championship, Sportsfile photographers traveled to some of the grounds that were due to host those games at the weekend.
This weekend, May 9 and 10, was due to be the first weekend of games in Ireland of the GAA All-Ireland Senior Championship, beginning with provincial matches, which have been postponed following directives from the Irish Government and the Department of Health in an effort to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
