Cometh the hour, cometh the man! If ever there was case for that saying to apply, it would be for Maurice Fitzgerald back in August 2001.
During an enthralling All-Ireland quarter-final between his Kerry and Dublin in Thurles, Fitzgerald and his team-mates were trailing by a point with the seconds fading quickly and their hopes of progression agonisingly over - seemingly.
There was only one kick left but it would be far away on the right sideline from a seemingly impossible vantage point.
Impossible was not a word to be found in Fitzgerald's lingo however...
