The GAA says it is examining other more secure technical solutions training sessions following reports of a hacking of an online underage club session over the weekend.

The session was being conducted via the Zoom app when it was hacked and bombarded with pornographic images.

A spokesperson for the GAA said the Association was examining other more secure solutions before offering clubs a directive on the matter.

The GAA also confirmed that the matter was reported to the Gardai.
