Peter Keane has made two changes to the side who battled past Cavan last week as Kerry [prepare to square up to the Dubs in Tralee [live on RTÉ2, 7pm].
They have two wins from two in Division 1, while the league and All-Ireland champions were beaten in their opener against Monaghan but recovered last week with victory over Galway.
David Moran comes into the full-forward line with Dara Moynihan named at left half-forward. Jonathan Lyne and Killian Spillane miss out. Tommy Walsh is on the bench.
It's an early chance for Keane to measure his men against the bets side in the country. Earlier in the week David Clifford, still recovering from a shoulder injury, said the Kingdom are only focused on themselves.
"We're playing Dublin in the third league game so I think that's the only time Dublin will come into our focus early on in the year.
"There's going to be a lot of change. It's unbelievable to have the amount of young players we have mixed with the experienced players so I think it should be a very exciting year ahead for Kerry.
"From what we've seen so far, the work we're putting in is of a very high standard and we're just hoping that we can go a few steps further this year."
