Mick Bohan's victorious Dublin team will bring the Brendan Martin Cup back to St Sylvesters GAA club in Malahide on Monday evening for their official homecoming.
The Dubs won a second All-Ireland football title on the bounce for the first time in their history by beating Cork in Croke Park on Sunday.
They'll now make a triumphant return to north Co Dublin, arriving in Malahide at 6.30pm. The event takes place in, Bridgefield, Malahide Castle, opposite the Dart station.
The players will mingle with supporters before being led by a piper into Malahide Village and up to captain Sinead Aherne's club St Sylvesters.
"We’re incredibly proud because realistically we have been building for this for 18 months since we came in [as a management team]," a beaming Bohan said after Dublin's victory.
"We thought it was going to happen sooner and when we came in we felt that they were the standard-bearers and to take the crown we would have had to take them out."
