Conor Nash has signed a new two-year contract with Australian Football League side Hawthorn after a breakthrough earlier this month.
Meath man Nash made his AFL debut at the MCG on 11 August, as his side beat Geelong.
Nash joined the Hawks in late 2016 as a Category B rookie.
The former Irish Under-18 rugby and GAA player opted to move to the AFL amid interest from a number of different sports teams.
He kicked his first goal at AFL level in last Saturday night’s win over the Saints.
