Galway and Clare will meet in Semple Stadium next Sunday in the All-Ireland hurling semi-final replay with a 2pm throw-in.
The sides couldn’t be separated after an absorbing contest at Croke Park, where a late point from Clare substitute Jason McCarthy ensured the scoreline finished 1-30 to 1-30.
The GAA has confirmed that the replay will take place in Thurles, with the Galway footballers playing Monaghan the day before in Salthill in their final game of the Super 8s.
