Kevin McStay has accepted a proposed three-month suspension from the Central Competition Controls Committee.
The Roscommon manager was seen remonstrating with the officials as the teams made their way for the changing room at half-time, and footage has emerged of him throwing a ball which hit a linesman at the time.
Roscommon GAA confirmed to RTÉ Sport that they along with McStay were informed today that the CCCC were proposing a 12-week suspension.
This was accepted by McStay who has since apologised to both the referee and the linesman.
