Mayo players Diarmuid O'Connor and Conor Loftus have moved to the US for the summer.
The duo, who both played in last Saturday's qualifier defeat to Mayo, will play football for McBrides in Chicago.
The Illinois club tweeted their appreciation to the two students' respective clubs, Ballintubber and Deel Rovers.
Defeat to Kildare means that Mayo will be absent from the All-Ireland final for the first time since 2015, a year when they reached the semi-finals.

Dublin footballer Diarmuid Connolly moved to the US last month to play club football with Donegal Boston.
Meanwhile, Tipperary hurlers Patrick Maher, Cathal Barrett and Ronan Maher have moved to the Tipperary club in New York.
The Premier County failed to get out of the province after drawing two and and losing two games in the round-robin.
