Mayo will travel to Kildare in a mouthwatering All-Ireland SFC third-round qualifier.

Stephen Rochford's men bounced back from their Connacht quarter-final defeat to Galway against Tipperary at the weekend, though required a final-quarter scoring burst to advance.

The Lilywhites just had enough to get past Longford and now have the chance to avenge the 1-19 to 1-12 league defeat the Green and Red earned in their Allianz Football League Division 1 clash back in March.

Elsewhere, Cavan and Tyrone collide in an all-Ulster battle having dispatched of Down and Carlow respectively. While Mattie McGleenan's side have home advantage, Cavan's qualifier with Down was played at Brewster Park due to ongoing works at Kingspan Breffni.

Clare's reward for a gutsy win in Offaly is a trip to Armagh, while Leitrim - 10-point victors against Louth - have a daunting test against Monaghan, who annihilated Waterford 5-21 to 0-9.

Dates, times and venues will be confirmed later today.
