Kildare, Derry, London and Wicklow all progressed to the Christy Ring Cup semi-finals, while Armagh and Mayo's relegation was confirmed.

The Lilywhites outgunned Wicklow 4-19 to 3-18 in Aughrim with goals coming from Jack Sheridan and Martin Fitzgerald, who bagged two apiece.

Both teams go on to the last four however, with Kildare paired against Derry

Colm McGurk's men squeezed through in incredible fashion, as a last-minute Cormac O'Doherty '65' gave them a 1-29 to 2-19 win against Down in Ballinacreen and saw Derry go forward on points difference.

With three teams locked on four points, it came down to scoring difference to separate London (+28), Derry (+24) and Down (+23).

Down lost out, as London thumped Armagh 4-27 to 0-11 and topped Group 2.

Armagh will now compete in the Nicky Rackard Cup next year, as will Mayo, who were beaten 1-17 to 0-11 by Roscommon at Dr Hyde Park.

In the Nicky Rackard, Warwickshire, Tyrone, Donegal and Monaghan earned semi-final places.

Monaghan drew 0-18 to 0-18 with Louth in Darver but can look forward to a last-four tussle with the Red Hand. Louth must now prepare for a relegation play-off with Leitrim, who fell to a 2-25 to 2-14 loss against Tyrone at Pairc Sean Mac Diarmuida.

Tony Joyce's Warwickshire meanwhile made it 15 games unbeaten in a 1-13 to 0-13 victory over Longford at Glennon Bros Pearse Park.
